Penny Lane

White Top- Zara// Dress- H&M// Shoes- ASOS

Following my recent move back to Cardiff from London, I am desperately trying to adjust back to a more simplistic lifestyle where my mornings don't start with pushing and shoving other commuters to get a seat on the tube to work. I'll be honest, I've always been someone who enjoys leaving their comfort zone and am not the biggest fan of the familiar. Although my three month internship in London is now over, I have every ambition to fully explore the lovely city of Cardiff and make the most of my time here. If you're from Cardiff or you know some haunts around the city that you can recommend, then please let me know. First things first: finding a job/career. Wish me luck.

Anyway, on to this little outfit of mine. I'd lusted over these beautiful Penny Lane shoes on ASOS for almost an hour before I decided to order them. Come on, a reduction from £45 to £13.50 AND free delivery, I'd be a fool not to, right? Although they're pretty comfortable to walk in, I have found myself almost taking a stumble a few times but I blame that on my inability to walk in heels than the design of the shoes itself. Of course I teamed the Penny Lanes with a black and white ensemble, I'm still obsessed.

Hope you're having a lovely week.

KUT

Shirt- Charity Shop// Trousers- Primark// Shoes- Primark

Hello lovely people! How have you been? I hope you're feeling a lot better than I am, I've managed to catch a cold and I'm currently sat here snuggled up in my robe with a mug of green tea. Yep, I'm feeling so so sorry for myself right now. Looking at these pictures that were taken during the Kut* in London, makes me wonder how I managed to catch this hideous cold when the weather was so bliss and my limbs were coated in fabric. Too odd!

Anyway, enough of that! As you may know, I'm all about mixing and clashing patterns as of late but there is nothing that I love more than a simple, plain, white shirt. To think that I used to HATE buttoning them up at 7 AM every morning during my school days.

Hope you're having a great week! :)

*Kut is basically a Cultural Festival where Mizo people get together!

Yellow Roses

Dress- Charity Shop // Necklace- Primark

Just a quick outfit post to show you what I wore for my sister's birthday in Camden :) There's nothing that I love more than a pretty, yellow Summery dress, it just instantly makes you happy! My sister picked this up from a Charity Shop for only £1 and you know that I'm a sucker for a great bargain. Speaking of which, I teamed it up with my Primark necklace that I only paid £4 for. Amazing!
Hope you have a great week ahead :)

24

I spent this weekend in London to celebrate my sister's 24th and to attend a cultural festival for Mizo people :) Hope you enjoy some of the photos that I managed to take. Gosh, I love Camden. We were lucky that there was a food festival going on whilst we were there, it really added to the vibrant atmosphere and there was just SO much to see and eat! Hope you've had a great weekend :)
