Menace

Top and Belt- New Look// Jeans- River Island// Bag- H&M// Shoes- Asos

Finally, after years and years of vigorously searching for the perfect pair of jeans, I have found them and they actually fit me. I mean, I don't even have to fold them up or anything AND they're high waisted. To say that I was over the moon when I snapped these up in River Island would be an understatement. (My fellow short limbed girls will know what I mean).

What types of jeans do you wear the most? Is there a particular style that you lean towards the most?

Moving on, I found these gorgeous Menace T-bar flats in the Asos sale for just £16 plus a further cheeky 10% off (thanks, Asos) and I already know just how much I'll be wearing them through Spring into Summer. So excited! Oh, and of course I threw on my beloved striped top to really complete the casual look.

Pop of Red

Jacket and Skirt- Primark// Top- New Look// Shoes- Topshop// Lego Necklace- Gift from Jay

For once, I didn't wear an all black and white ensemble on Friday when Jay and I went for a quick mooch down Caerphilly castle. I've always enjoyed a pop of colour in an outfit, usually in accessories, but I just loved how the bold red skirt becomes the focal point on this attire. It gives the illusion of a nautical twist as it's paired with the striped top as well.
Although the weather was pleasant enough, it was incredibly foggy when we were walking around,  so I was thankful that I decided to chuck on my £5 Primark jacket at the very last minute to keep my little limbs warm. Needless to say that the sun decided to poke it's pretty face out as we got in the car and headed back for Cardiff. Typical.

Hope you're having a lovely weekend.

Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice

Blazer- Vintage// Cropped Shirt- Select// Skirt- forever 21// Shoes- Primark// Collar Pins- Roses and Clementines

So last week I went to my friend's 21st meal dressed as Beetlejuice, and no it wasn't fancy dress haha. I just have this adoration for two pieces and am gutted that I still haven't managed to get my hands on one yet. If any of you lovely people know of where I can get some for a very decent price then please let me know, I'll be forever grateful :)
You can probably tell that the skirt and blazer are separate pieces but my desperation made me wear them together and this was the final outcome haha. Hope you like it anyway :)
Boo all rain today :( Hope you're all having a lovely weekend anyway.

Tunic- Forever 21// Skirt- Next// Necklace- Gift from Greece// Jelly Sandals- Asos.

Hey everyone, hope you've been well. As always, I'm going to start with an apology!! Moving houses is a lot more stressful than I ever thought it would be. I've still got a lot of unpacking to do and what with applying for jobs and other necessities that come with changing your address and being a recent graduate: I've once again slacked at regularly posting on here.
Anyway, on to this outfit. Along with the all white trend, I'm also loving clashing and mixing different  contrasting patterns and prints together. This trend completely goes against a conventional look which is an element that I just find so appealing. What do you think?
There's still time to enter my giveaway, which you can do so here :) Hope you have a lovely weekend. What are your plans? I hope they're more eventful and entertaining than just unpacking :( Wish me luck!

Pastel Knits and Vertical Stripes

Okay, I know it's the Summer and you're wondering why I'm wearing knitwear but with the weather being so horrendous lately, I've had no other choice but to dig out my comfiest knits to keep me warm. In fact, my mum knitted this for me quite a while ago and I still can't fit into it properly haha. So glad that I like oversized garments. I've started to really love anything that slightly clashes: whether it's prints, colours or textures. So I felt that I achieved this through teaming knitwear with a pretty, Summery skirt.
I have some great news for you. I'm going to be doing my first ever give away and I'm very very excited. So stay tuned to find out how you can enter :)
Hope you're having a lovely week. :)
