Eyes and Stripes

Shirt- Cow Vintage// Skirt- H&M// Bag- Charity Shop// Sandals- JuJu Jellies via Asos

These photos were taken by my lovely boyfriend during our mini trip to Edinburgh. I had to squeeze in some shots for an outfit post somehow haha. He took these before we explored Arthur's Seat and I am happy to say that I trekked and climbed all the way in my JuJu jellies and I was injury free (I know I've mentioned this in my Edinburgh Photo Diary but I'm super proud of myself, alright? ;) haha)
Anyway, on to this outfit. Just like everyone else, I am head over heels in love with Kenzo's Autumn/Winter 2013 collection. The crazy eye motif is so captivating and a little trippy at the same time. No doubt that the eye motif/print will be as popular as the moustache print that took over clothes and accessories. Phew! For just £7.99 I couldn't put this skirt down when I laid my eyes on it at H&M. Go and get one before they sell out. Go Go Go!
I teamed the skirt with my favourite Cow Vintage purchase. I just love the mixture of the vertical and horizontal stripes along with the delicious colour palette.

Hope you've had a lovely weekend.

The Big Move

This Summer, not only will I be making the transition from being a student to an unemployed graduate, I will also be moving to Cardiff from the Bridgend area. This means that I have to start packing and it has made me realise just how much of my clothes, footwear and accessories need to be shifted. So I've set up an account on Asos Marketplace in order to make some money from my unwanted stuff. I promise to add more to it in the next week or so but I hope you can have a little browse on there for me. Click here to get to my page.
Hope you're all enjoying the sunshine :)

Vintage Monday's

I paid my monthly visits to some Vintage shops in Digbeth this morning. The perks of living in a big city like Birmingham is the open access to a wide range of different stores that are sporadically placed around the city. As you can tell from my previous post, I really love Cow Vintage. The layout of the store is so welcoming and they also stock some of the most beautiful Vintage pieces.Although I didn't purchase anything from my little visit, I did fall in love with the two white shirts that you can see above. They both had the most beautiful and delicate collar details I've seen in a long time. The intricacy and doily inspired detail instantly drew me in.
I also stopped by at the Urban Village store that is around a five minute walk from Cow Vintage. They showcased the most perfect satchels and handbags.
To finish off, I've posted a mini collection of my outfit. With today's weather going from a beautiful cloudless, blue sky to heavy snow within twenty minutes, I decided to dig out my black, fur coat that's been hiding in my wardrobe since January and layer up.
Hope you've all had a lovely weekend. What have you been up to?
