Corally Red

Dress- New Look// Bag- Next// Rings- H&M// Necklace- Topshop// Sandals- Primark

What I wore last week which was only what I could describe as the most humid and stressful week ever. It seems my 'all black' phase is long behind me, and I can always trust this coral/orange/red dress to lift my spirits up.
I'm starting a new job next Monday and today is my sisters 25th. If I can ignore the humidity and concentrate more on the positives of life; then I think that I am pretty blessed.

Hope you're all having a fantastic weekend.

Dress- New Look// Bag- Charity Shop// Shoes- Asos

Last week I had a little mooch around the shops without having any intention of making new purchases, I joke. I was totally looking for new dresses to wear over the Summer and I managed to find just that and it came in the form of this pretty, navy smock dress from New Look. Want to hear the best part? I picked it up for just a fiver, oh and it was from the 915 section so technically it was designed for a 14 year old girl. Sad to accept that at aged 22 I can still fit into teenagers clothes. Sigh!

I decided to team the dress up with my beloved Penny Lane platforms from Asos. I should mention that my generous boyfriend got me these as a replacement to my original pair which got hideously ruined on a night out, but more on that another time.

I hope you've all had a wonderful weekend and haven't been blown away by the vicious wind. It is genuinely scary out there.

Menace

Top and Belt- New Look// Jeans- River Island// Bag- H&M// Shoes- Asos

Finally, after years and years of vigorously searching for the perfect pair of jeans, I have found them and they actually fit me. I mean, I don't even have to fold them up or anything AND they're high waisted. To say that I was over the moon when I snapped these up in River Island would be an understatement. (My fellow short limbed girls will know what I mean).

What types of jeans do you wear the most? Is there a particular style that you lean towards the most?

Moving on, I found these gorgeous Menace T-bar flats in the Asos sale for just £16 plus a further cheeky 10% off (thanks, Asos) and I already know just how much I'll be wearing them through Spring into Summer. So excited! Oh, and of course I threw on my beloved striped top to really complete the casual look.

Twice In A Row

Earrings- Topshop// Skirt, Shirt and Boots- New Look

That's right, guys, that's the second time I've dressed in an all Black & White ensemble in just a matter of a few days. I refuse to think that I'm monochrome crazy but I think it's time to fully accept that I definitely am. I picked up this lovely little striped shirt from the New Look sale for just £4 and have found it pretty hard to part with it. I'm looking forward to the Summer where I can team them up with more skirts and shorts and wave farewell to my deniers. Ta-rah to coating my little legs with those (that's if we get any sun).

What are your plans for the weekend?

Dress- Primark// Sandals- New Look// Bag- Charity Shop

I spent the day in Longleat Safari Park with my boyfriend and my lovely friends Cari and Nam. Double date ahoy! We all felt like big kids there, we had so much fun walking around and exploring the different species of animals that were kept there. If you've ever been or are thinking of going then I'd highly recommend the bus and boat tours but more of that to come on my next post :)
Again, the weather today was absolutely boiling. I'm glad I opted for this grey Primark dress in favour of my first choice of jeans and a baggy jumper (crazy, I know). I bought this dress during my second year in Uni and love it's versatility and simplicity- the colour, cut, length etc the list goes on and on.

Hope you've had a lovely day :)

Shirt- New Look// Kimono- Primark// Trousers- Uniqlo// Sandals- New Look// Necklace- Charity Shop

It's only been two days since I last posted? Wow, that's an achievement for me haha. Cyber high 5 to anyone who's kind enough to read this :) I bought this kimono from Primark around two years ago and never had the opportunity to wear it. I guess bad weather and the lack of my visits down the beach prevented this, but I love how you can wear the kimono as a jacket/cardigan substitute on warm days. Following on from my last post, my love for mixed and clashed prints is still evident here. There's just something about how the contrasting prints create so much character in an outfit.
Hope you've all had a lovely weekend. Feel free to tell me what you think about my outfit and link me to your blogs as well :) I always enjoy reading them.

White

Crop Top- New Look// Shorts- River Island

Well, the weather has been absolutely delightful this week, hasn't it? I love how the sunshine immediately puts everyone in a good mood. Living in Britain for the majority of my life has meant that I always always mention the weather in my posts, sorry! Haha!
Like everyone else, I really love the 'all white' look. I'm a clumsy mess and I always manage to spill something on my clothes. How funny, I spilt some Blueberry slush puppy all over my shorts about an hour after taking these photos, at least it compliments my the embroidery, right? To perfect this look, I think it's important to keep the white as white as you possibly can get, this way the outfit gives the illusion of a crisp and fresh look- how perfect for the scorching sun.
There's still time to enter my giveaway here ! The sunglasses are so gorgeous and how perfect would they be for the lovely weather that we're having now? :) Good luck if you're entering.
Have a great week.

Grey and Neon

Hey everyone, how have you been? :) Hope you've had a lovely weekend. I've just got back from a surprise birthday party for my friends 21st, it was so lovely to be reunited with her and everyone else here. Of course, the sun was shining so everyone had a great time celebrating her day with her. Thought I'd do a quick outfit post. I love this dress/tunic so much, it's so simple and yet still chic. It's perfect for days when I'm not quite sure what to wear and it works well for any occasion when it's teamed up with the right accessory. I love this neon necklace I got from H&M about a month or so ago. Just like everyone else I'm loving a nice pop of neon on any outfit as it really completes the whole look. It perfectly adds a lush pop of colour to the whole outfit which is always refreshing.
Tomorrow I'm going back to Birmingham for a week or so to attend my degree show as well as celebrate my friends 20th. Summer is always busy for me as I have so so many birthdays haha, goodbye money haha. What have you guys got planned for the upcoming week? Good luck to everyone who's got exams.
