Burnt Ember

Shirt- French Connection// Skirt- Boohoo// Shoes- Primark

Ahh Autumn, you have arrived! What used to excite me the most as a child was going to the park after school and stomping on the crunchy, brown leaves. I'd be two weeks into the next academic year in school and the only thing I'd be scared about would be whether or not I'd have to sit in the naughty chair. Oh how sweet life was back then.
I'll admit that the gorgeous burnt, ember tones that we see in our natural surroundings is what makes me love the most about Autumn. I think it's safe to say that it's my favourite season. These tones have been incorporated into my outfit today. Just like everyone else, I'm loving the tartan trend so how could I add this into my outfit somehow?

Just in case you missed my last post here's the link. Feel free to have a mooch on my Stylight page and comment down below with your user name if you have an account. I'm so new to the site and I'd love to give you a follow. Thank you :) Hope you're having a great start to the week.

Crop Top- Primark// Trousers- H&M// Flats- Zara// Belt- Forever 21// Necklace- Everours

What's this? We're three days into September and the weather is absolutely scorching. I almost regretted wearing this today, almost. If you've been reading my blog then you'll know that I am a sucker for statement pieces, especially necklaces, so when I saw this beautiful Mawi inspired necklace on the Everours website for just £3 I had to snap it up. I just can't resist a bargain. Speaking of which, I bought these lovely blue flats from the Zara sale for just a tenner about a month ago and haven't really had the chance to wear them. They're super comfortable and I know that I'll be wearing more than £10 worth out of them. So so excited for Autumn to come around.

Thank you to my lovely boyfriend for taking these photos :)

Hope you're all having a lovely week so far. Good luck to everyone who's started back in school or going off to Uni soon :)

Hello September

Dress and Shoes- Boohoo// Lipstick- Papaya Punch by Sleek

Pinch, punch first of the month. I can't believe we've reached September already, so crazy. Although I've graduated and am no longer in education, Summer always feels like it's officially over for me once we're in September haha. Today I decided to catch some on some of Summer's last rays by wearing this very pretty floral print dress from boohoo. I managed to snap this beauty up for just £8 in their sale and paid only £18 for the cut out shoes. They are super comfortable to walk around in, believe it or not. Result!

Hope you've had a lovely weekend.
