Outfits from the past part 3

Top- New Look// Belt- Vintage// Jeans- Topshop

Ahh the bardot will forever be my favourite styles of tops and dresses. Instantly effortless and chic. What's not to love?

Dress- Boohoo// Denim Shirt- Vintage

I bought this oversized denim shirt on a bit of a whim at a recent Vintage fair I attended and I've mostly been puzzled as to exactly how I should wear it. I tried tucking it in to a pair of cigarette trousers but it just looked odd on me as I'm so petite, so I opted for the slouchy, lazy look in the end which is perfect for the current weather we're having where it's still too chilly to be leaving the house sans a jacket but warm enough that you can ditch the knitwear and denier tights. Just me?

Jacket- Vintage via depop

I instantly fell in love with this jacket when I stumbled upon it on depop and bought it with immediacy. Just look at those tassels. Oh my! Mustard is also one of my favourite staple colours as it's that perfect pop of colour that completes any outfit.

Top- Zara// Trousers- Vintage M&S via charity shop// Bag- Asos

Shoes- H&M

I picked up these super comfy trousers (I know they look more like PJs but comfort is paramount to me) and a matching waistcoat in my local charity shop for just £4.50 last weekend. I actually wore the above outfit to church last week where my friend Lisa exclaimed that I looked 'very 90s but in a good way and not the Aqua or B*Witched kinda way' which I took as a compliment. Honestly, these trousers are probably the best thing that's happened to my little limbs in 2016 thus far and I know that I'll be getting so much wear out of them. I'll definitely be teaming them up with more prominent crop tops and bardot tops when it's much warmer.

Hope you've had a fabulous weekend!
